Returns:
All returns must be sent
back with an RMA Number on the box. You must contact us prior to shipping back the
merchandise. Our Receiving Department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied
by an RMA Number written on the outside of the package.
Return/Exchange Process:
Please read all terms
listed below before beginning process.

to set up the exchange and receive an RMA Number.
2) Ship the product(s), including

3) When package is received it will be checked in and completed.
1. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED beyond 30 days from
receiving order.
2. All sales are Final 30 days after receiving your product. You must call and inform
us of any issues you are having with your merchandise prior to the 30th day, with
the exception of holiday gifts, for which you must contact us before January 1st.
Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed from November 14th to December
25th.
3. All merchandise being returned for a refund must be in brand new condition,
in its original packaging with all included accessories.
4. Missing accessories
and/or damaged packaging will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement
cost of those items.
5. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return
is due to our error.
6. Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance to our
warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
7.
Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and can take 7 to 10 days
to process. That time period includes the transit time back to our warehouse, and
the time to process your return once it is received.
8. If you receive your
package and the product is damaged, immediately contact GlowShift Customer Support.
Once the damaged package is reported, you must keep all contents and original packaging
for 7 business days.
9. Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise
returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged
goods) due to return shipping charges.
Exchanges:
You must contact our customer service or technical support department
to receive an RMA number prior to shipping back any merchandise. You must write
your RMA number on the outside of the box that you are shipping back to us. Our
Receiving Department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied by an RMA
Number.
1. All product exchanges must be in brand new
condition with original packaging.
2. All exchanges must be handled immediately;
we will not accept any exchanges after 30 days.
3. We will not accept any
product for exchange if the product has been installed or if accessories are missing.
4. When exchanging, a credit will be given if the item(s) differ in price.
5. The customer is responsible for the price difference if the item(s), exchanging
differ in price.
6. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
