- Please allow 12-48 hours for ordering processing prior
to shipping.
- After 14 days of receiving your merchandise all sales
are final, you must call and inform us with any issues prior to the 14th
day, except for holiday gifts, you must contact before January 6th.
- All exchanges must be handled immediately, we will not
accept any exchanges after 14 days.
- Any Returns must be in new condition, otherwise no
refund will be granted
- Restocking Fee of 15%.
- Shipped Orders are not eligible for a shipping charge refund, no
expectations.
- RA # is required for any shipment back to us.
- 1 Year Gauge warranty covers internal mechanics of each
light.
- Customer is responsible for all warranty shipping costs
after 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Any type of alteration voids the warranty.
- Any duplicate orders then have been shipped will receive
full refund except shipping.
- Any duplicate orders that have not been shipped will
receive a full refund.
- If you received the wrong merchandise please call us
within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label, and when we
receive the incorrect merchandise back we will ship the correct merchandise.
- Any customer that returns a product to our defective
department to be tested and the product is not defective after extensive
testing will be charged a reshipment fee for the product.
- Any customer requesting a cancellation of an order after
the order has already been charged to their credit card will be subjected to a
5% cancellation fee.
