Guaranteed Shipping

All orders placed and paid for by 3pm EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped out from our location the same day. Any product that is marked "Out of Stock" is not available for this service, but will be shipped when it becomes available. If a product is marked as "In Stock" and is not shipped the same day, we will provide a refund on the ground service shipping price.


Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

All LEDGLOW Lighting products come with a one year limited warranty on the internal parts of the product.  This warranty runs from the date of purchase. LEDGLOW will replace or repair any qualifying defective product received by the company before the end of the warranty period. Installation of this product must be performed by a licensed professional. Should the failure of the product be the result of damage occurring as a result of improper installation, alteration of the product or an act or omission on the part of the consumer, this warranty is void. LEDGLOW shall not be responsible for any consequential damages which arise from the use and/or installation of the product. If the kit is installed in any manner other then specified, LEDGLOW reserves the right to deny any warranty claims at the discretion of the technical support department. The one year warranty is not transferable. Any product return must include the original packaging, a statement of the alleged defect and an RMA number.  Upon receipt of the returned product, the company will test the product for defect.  If the results of the testing do not support the warranty claim, do not reveal any defect or indicate consumer negligence in the installation and handling of the product, then the product will be returned to you and you will be charged a reshipping fee. If the product is returned from an address within the continental United States, within the first 14 days after purchase, and is found to be defective, LEDGLOW will reimburse to the consumer the cost of the return shipping.  This offer does not extend to the cost for shipping charges on any international packages.   • Warranty or liability will not exceed the product purchase price which shall be buyers sole and exclusive remedy.

Warranty Shipping Responsibility

Warranty shipping is only valid in the Continental United States

(For Defective, Non Functioning Products)

0-14 Days after the purchase date, LEDGLOW is responsible for both shipping charges, back from and to the customer.  If the product is returned and is found not defective or was damaged due to improper installation, the customer is then responsible for all extra shipping charges.

15-30 Days after purchase date, the customer is responsible for shipping the products back and LEDGLOW is responsible for the shipping back to the customer. If the product is returned and is found not defective or was damaged due to improper installation, the customer is then responsible for all extra shipping charges.

After 30 Days from the purchase date the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

No Exceptions.


Exchanges

All exchanges must be sent back with an RMA Number on the box. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days from the issue date. You must contact us prior to shipping back the merchandise to receive an RMA number. Our shipping department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied by an RMA number written on the outside of the package. Any package sent back with an expired RMA number will be refused.

All exchanges must be handled immediately; we will not accept any exchanges after 14 days. All product exchanges must be in brand new condition with original packaging. We will not accept any product for exchange if the product has been installed or parts are missing.


Returns

All returns must be sent back with an RMA Number on the box. RMA numbers are only valid for 15 days from the issue date. You must contact us prior to shipping back the merchandise to receive an RMA number. Our shipping department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied by an RMA number written on the outside of the package. Any package sent back with an expired RMA number will be refused.

After 14 days of receiving your merchandise all sales are final. You must call and inform us with any issues prior to the 14th day, with the exception of holiday gifts, for which you must contact us before January 1st. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed in December.

All Returns must be in new condition with all original packaging and parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned items that do not meet this criteria.

There is a required restocking fee of 20% on all returned orders.

Shipping Error

If you received the wrong merchandise, please call us within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label. When we receive the incorrect merchandise back, we will ship you the correct merchandise. All shipping mistakes, incorrect product or quantity will be shipped out ground. Shipping can be upgraded at the expense of the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and we will get the product you ordered to you as quickly as possible.


Duplicate Orders

If the customer accidently places the order twice and the duplicate order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

In the event the customer places a duplicate order and the items are shipped, you will receive a full refund and the shipping charge will be deducted.


Order Cancellation

If any order needs to be cancelled, you must call us immediately.

 You can only cancel your order prior to it leaving the warehouse. If the order is shipped out prior to us being notified, the order is subject to all the state return terms and policies. We are not responsible for email cancellation requests that are received after your order has been shipped. The only acceptable cancellation method is to call and notify us immediately. All Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This 5% fee covers all credit card related expenses for the cancelled order.


Changing of your order

 If you wish to change an item on your order please call us immediately at 856-768-8300 to request the change. This is the only acceptable method to request a change to your order. Orders can only be changed prior to leaving our warehouse. If an order has already been shipped, you may request an RMA number to send the product back for an exchange. You will then be responsible for any and all related shipping charges.


Refused Packages

 Should an order get returned to us as “Refused” by the shipping company, you will be responsible for any and all charges that are incurred for the shipping. Any refunds issued for returned packages will be less any and all shipping charges (original shipping charges and return postage) as well as a 20% restocking fee. If you would like your order to be reshipped, you must pay shipping again along with any return postage costs.


Undeliverable Packages

 Should an order get returned to us due to an undeliverable or an incomplete address was supplied to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs to have the package redelivered to the correct address. If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

 


Alternative shipping address 

If you wish to have your package shipped to an alternative address you must still provide the correct billing address in the billing address section of check out. Orders will only ship to alternative address located in the same state as the billing address.
