Q: What is the difference between the 3 Million Color Underbody Kit and the Advanced 3 Million Color Underbody Kit.

Q: How can I install my kit to have patterns chase
around the car?
A: Lay the tubes out under the car the way that you intend to install
them on the car. Hook all of the wires up roughly so that the kit can turn
on and go through all of the patterns and/or colors. If this is done
before installation on the car the tubes can then easily be adjusted to get
different style patterns. It is much harder to adjust a tube so that you
get the right pattern once it is installed on the car.
Q: Are the underbody and wheel well kits compatible?
A: Single and Million color kits cannot be connected to the underbody kits. The Advanced 3 Million color wheel well kit is directly connected to the same controller as the underbody tubes so logically they will follow each other as far as function, color and pattern.
Q: Can the wires be made longer?
A: Yes, but it does void the warranty. All the wires on all of the
tubes have to be lengthened the same amount in order to keep the patterns the
same.
Q: Can I use one remote to work with my underbody
and multi-color wheel well kit?
A: Yes you have to program the remote to both control boxes.
Multi-color kits (interior, and underbody)
Q: When I look at the tubes they are not the right
color that I have selected, what is wrong?
A: If you are looking at the tube the colors may be different then they
would appear when installed. If you are unsure about what color selection
is present simply face the tube at a flat object to reveal actual color.
For example white on a multi-color kit uses red, blue, and green.
Q: Can the wires be lengthened?
A: Yes, but it does void the warranty. We currently do not sell an
extension cable.
