LEDGlow’s goal first and foremost is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase! We take great pride in the quality of our products and the exceptional customer service that we provide to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you’re having technical issues with a product, please follow the policy instructions below! We’ll be happy to accept a return or exchange, or repair any product you have purchased. As the customer you are our #1 Priority, and we will always strive to deliver premium products and services.
State and Local Laws
This is a really important note for our customers. Please make sure to check your state and local laws before installing LEDGlow Lighting Products. Every state has different policies and procedures for aftermarket vehicle accessories like LED accent lights. All of our products are designed for off-road use only, and LEDGlow is not responsible for any fines that could be incurred while using these lighting kits.
Order Change & Cancellation
If you wish to change or request an order cancellation during business hours, please call our Customer Support Team at 1.877.LED.GLOW Ext. 2 to ensure prompt handling. If you need to change or request an order cancellation after hours, please email Support@LEDGlow.com as soon as possible. Email cancellation requests after 1 pm EST cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for email cancellation requests received after your order has been shipped.
Orders can only be changed or canceled before the merchandise leaves our warehouse. If an order has already been shipped, we will issue an RMA number to send the merchandise back per our return policy. You will then be responsible for any and all related shipping charges.
Duplicate Orders
If you place a duplicate order, please follow the policy above to request a cancellation. We do our best to catch duplicates, so if we see two of the same order, we’ll be in touch right away. However, if we don’t receive a response by 2 pm, we will proceed with shipping both orders. If the order was truly a duplicate and shipped, please follow our return policy and we’ll get that squared away.
Sales Tax
We calculate sales tax for many states throughout the contiguous U.S. At the time of checkout, sales tax will be automatically applied and deducted in accordance with applicable state law based on your shipping address. The amount of sales tax applied using 3rd party software will depend on several factors including the type of product purchased and the specific destination of the shipment. Please also note that state sales tax provisions are subject to change, and we will update the calculation rate accordingly if a state's sales tax rate is adjusted.
Coupon Codes
LEDGlow is all about providing great discounts and deals on our lineup of products. If you have a coupon, coupon codes can be entered in the Coupon area of your shopping cart. All coupon codes must be entered at the time of sale to receive the discount. If you have any questions about applying a coupon, we’ll be happy to help!
The California Safe Drinking Water & Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Prop 65)
Pursuant to Prop 65, the State of California publishes a list of chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This list, which the State of California updates periodically, has grown to include over 900 chemicals since it was first published. Prop 65 requires businesses to provide persons in California with warnings about chemicals in the products they purchase, in their home or workplace, or that are released into the environment. LEDGlow products may contain some chemicals which appear on this list and is required to include a State of California Prop 65 warning label.
